Please read these terms carefully before booking or staying with Pathfinder Motel Kew.
All bookings are subject to availability. Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Some rates are non-refundable; conditions are displayed at the time of booking.
Payment is required at or before check-in depending on your rate type. A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID are required upon arrival for identity verification. Card payments may be subject to a standard processing fee.
Check-in is 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Our front desk keeps limited hours; guests arriving outside check-in must contact us in advance on (03) 9816 1600.
Cancellation terms vary by rate type and are displayed at booking. No-shows may be charged the full stay. Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay. Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Management reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay for behaviour that endangers guests or staff.
